The Origins of Plant City and The Railroad Museum
Plant City has a rich history dating back to the mid-1800s, but it was the arrival of the railroad that really put it on the map. Today, the town is home to a number of historic buildings, including the Plant City Union Station Depot and the Railroad Museum.
The Railroad Museum is a particularly stunning location for engagement sessions, with its vintage locomotives and train cars providing the perfect backdrop for couples who want to inject a little vintage charm into their photos. Megan & Evan absolutely loved the unique location and we were able to capture some truly breathtaking shots.
October Wedding at Lake Mirror Promenade & TheMagnolia Buildingin Lakeland
Megan & Evan are set to tie the knot in October at the gorgeous Lake Mirror Promenade in Lakeland, with a reception to follow at The Magnolia Building. Both locations made my list of top Outdoor Wedding Venues in Lakeland, FL. You can check out a recent wedding at the gorgeous building here . Megan and Evan's Love Story
Megan & Evan's love story is straight out of a rom-com - they met at a bar on Halloween in 2016 because they were wearing the same costume! When I asked what the costume was, they said it was from the Space Jam movie and they were both super quick to add, the original Space Jam, not the second one!! After some flirting and a picture together, they exchanged numbers and the rest is history. The couple shares a love of gaming on their custom-built PCs and hanging out with their two adorable cats.
Megan & Evan's engagement session in Downtown Plant City was an absolute blast, and I'm so excited to see them say "I do" in just a few short months!
